Method of Preparation
First, prepare the decoction as per rules, then prepare jaggery as in liquid form and filter it. Then add the jaggery as in the stage of the liquid portion is add in the decoction and mix it well. Then pour in a container for the fermentation process, then add the prakshep dravyas and stir it well. Close the container, keep for fermentation for 30 days.
DOSE WITH USAGE OF Amritarishta
Adults _ 15 to 30 ml
Children _ 5 to 10 ml
Take this with equal quantity of plain water, should be taken two times a day and after meals.
Best time to take after food. For better results, use under the supervision of a qualified Ayurveda doctor will deliver the best cure for different ailments
