Juice extract of Nimba – Azadirachta indica -quantity sufficient should take.
Method of Preparation
Fine powder of the above ingredient is made into paste and pills are prepared with the help of Nimbu swarasa extract.
Points to be noted:
- Parada Samanya Sodhana
Required quantity of asuddha parada is taken in a clean tapta khalva yantra, added with equal quantities of lasuna kalka (garlic paste) and Saindhava lavana and triturated for 7 days. On the 8th day, mercury is collected from the mixture by carefully washing with warm water and later stored as suddha parada for further pharmaceutical use.
- Gandhaka Samanya Sodhana
Four pala (200gm) of unpurified sulfur is triturated in a clean khalva yantra. The fine powder of the same is taken in a damaru yantra and subjected for 4 prahara (12) hours of moderate heat (madhyamagni). When cool on its own, the yantra is carefully unsealed and the sulphur adhered at the base of the upper pot in droplet format is neatly collected. This bright yellow purified sulphur is considered as ‘visesa sodhita gandhaka’.
- Abhraka Samanya Sodhana
Thin sheets of krsna vajrabhraka are held carefully with sandamsa yantra, heated red hot over the glowing charcoal, and dipped in any of the following liquids; kanji, gomutra, triphala kwath and godugdha. This process of heating and dipping is repeated 7 times to obtain suddha Abhraka.
- Shilajit Samanya Sodhana
According to Bhaishajya Ratnavali, Shilajit can be purified by placing it in an iron pot and adding cow milk, Triphala decoction, or bhangra juice to it. Keep this mixture for 24 hours then grind it and dry it in sunlight. In this way, purified Shilajit can be obtained.
DOSE WITH USAGE OF Arogya vardhini Rasa
120 – 500mg once or twice a day before or after food. It is usually administered along with honey, fresh ginger juice, neem juice, water, or milk. . For better results, use under the supervision of a qualified Ayurveda doctor, will deliver the best cure for different ailments
EXERCISE AND YOGA FOR Arogyavardhini Rasa
Aerobic exercises such as running, jogging, swimming, swing dancing can practice in day-to-day life.

Paschimottanasana
Salabhasana can also be practiced.
