Ayurchem Saina tablet is a unique Ayurvedic combination that is having action in headaches especially sinusitis as the name implies. It also reduces the hypersensitivity of nasal mucosa caused by allergens. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and antipyretic actions. It reduces the inflammation of sinuses, facilitated drainage and reduces nasal secretion along with nasal congestion. Due to its antipyretic action, it reduces fever and rhinitis.
For better action, it is advised to use the tablet and nasal drops in case of sinusitis.

INGREDIENTS

The above-mentioned drugs are processed in Tulasi (Ocimum sanctum), vasa (Adathoda vasica), Yashtimadhu (Glycirhiza glabra), Kantakari (Solanum surattense). All these drugs possess anti-inflammatory and antipyretic properties. It alleviates vitiated kapha dosha.
DOSE
1 tablet thrice daily

Tablet: blister packing of 20 tablets
Drops: 30 ml bottle
DIET
In case of chronic sinusitis, it is desirable to avoid cold, slimy food. Also avoid curd, junk foods, cheese, gluten, tomatoes, banana, etc.
EXERCISE
Breathing exercise helps to relieve congestion. Bhastrika like pranayama also helps in relieving congestion of the nose.
