INDICATIONS of Broncap Capsule

Useful in following conditions-

INGREDIENTS

1.	Talisa patra	Abies webbiana	Is aromatic, appetizer, expectorant. Pacifies kapha vata dosha. Useful in treating asthma, chronic respiratory disorders, cough, cold, anorexia.
2.	Brihat karpooradi choorna		Useful in treating respiratory disorders, anorexia, difficulty in breathing, cough. Is an excellent expectorant.
3.	Haridra	Curcuma longa	Has antioxidant, immune-modulatory, detox properties. Useful in allergic rhinitis, diabetes
4.	Jeeraka	Cuminum cyminum	Pacifies kapha vata dosha, improves digestive power, carminative, improves body strength and immunity.
5.	Musta	Cyperus rotendus	Balances kapha pitha dosha, improves digestive power, carminative, relieves fever, burning sensation, respiratory disorders.
6.	Sugandha maricha	Cubeba officinalis	Pacifies kapha vata dosha, improves taste, relieves cough, indigestion.
7.	Madhuka	Glycyrrhiza glabra	Provides strength and immunity, aphrodisiac, an excellent remedy for throat disorders, improving voice, good expectorant, anti-allergic, useful in bronchial asthma
8.	Nagakesara	Mesua ferrea	Has antioxidant, immunostimulant properties, antitoxic, anti-inflammatory.
9.	Maricha	Piper nigrum	Balances kapha vata dosha, improves taste, increase digestive power, decrease sputum production, useful in treating asthma and chronic respiratory disorders
10.	Pippali	Piper longum	Balances vata kapha dosha, useful in indigestion, asthma , cough, COPD and other respiratory disorders.
11.	Swarna makshika bhasma		Useful in anorexia, inflammation, anaemia, balances kapha pitta dosha. Is a potent rasayana drug.
12.	Haritaki	Terminalia chebula	Relieves inflammation, detoxifier, digestive, promotes physical strength. Useful in cough, tuberculosis.
13.	Methika	Trigonella foenum graecum	Useful in asthma, bronchitis, digestive disturbances, sore throat, chest congestion.
14.	Shunti	Zingiber officinale	Improves digestion, appetizer, useful in cough, chest injury, bronchitis, asthma,tuberculosis. Has anti-inflammatory properties

DOSE

1-2 capsules thrice daily, or as directed by the physician.

EXERCISE AND YOGA

Simple yoga postures, meditation, pranayama are advised. Following asanas are useful-

Sukasana (Easy pose)

Dandasana (Staff pose)

Baddhakonasana (Butterfly pose)

PATHYA AHARAS AND VIHARAS

Light and easily digestible food items, simple exercise is advised. Avoid cold food items, junk foods, smoking.

No known side effects with this medicine. However, it is best to take under medical supervision
